Quick play tips

These tips cover the most common situations players run into. A few minutes of checking first can save a lot of frustration later.

Before you buy, rent, or build

• Always check the website first to confirm an item is available before you buy, rent, or build.
• Some items may be listed in-game but not actually available for purchase yet.
• If you are renting equipment, confirm it is available on the rental lot before placing the order.
• At Shady’s lot, make sure the item is still available and not already reserved by another player.

Sales and deliveries

• When selling products to a factory, deliver the goods first and then sell them through the factory page.
• For marketplace selling through the E-Silo, only NPC factories can be used directly.
• Player-owned factories require physical delivery of the goods.

Water and animal rules

• Water is free for animal barns but must be purchased for factories.
• Players cannot build tanks to create free water on their farms.
• Animals must be adult and fully healthy before they can be sold, exported, or used for production.

Impounds and parking

• Equipment left on roads or land you do not own can be impounded.
• Impound fees are the player’s responsibility, and unpaid balances can be taken from the bank account.
• Use official parking areas whenever possible.

Questions and help

• Check the Discord question section before posting a new question.
• Ask early if you are not sure how something works.
• Donator builder privileges let players build quickly, but they still must pay for landscaping and related work.
