Animal Rules

Animals are a core part of farming in GFSN. If you own animals, you are expected to care for them properly and follow the transport and sale rules at all times.

Buying and transporting animals

  • Players must transport their own animals when buying or selling them.
  • If animals are delivered by the dealer instead of being hauled by the player, the DOT may issue fines.
  • Always keep track of animal purchases through the purchases menu so your records stay correct.

Keeping animals healthy

  • Animals must be cared for properly and kept in good health.
  • Animal barns must be checked regularly so pallets do not build up and cause problems for others.
  • Players should pick up barn output daily to avoid complaints and possible fines.

Building and barn ownership

  • Only build animal barns if you have the time and willingness to care for them.
  • Players may start small and trade up to larger barns as they grow.
  • Each animal barn uses slots, so plan carefully before buying more.
  • Players are limited to 3 animal barns per type of animal per server..

Buying and selling animals

  • Animals must be hauled manually to the animal dealer when sold.
  • Animals must be at 100% health before they can be sold.
  • Do not leave animals unattended in a way that causes problems for other players on the server.

Slaughter house rules

  1. You may only slaughter or sell animals you produced yourself.
  2. Animals must be adults and at 100% health to qualify for slaughter.

Quick reminder

If you cannot care for your animals properly, do not buy more barns than you can manage. Good animal care keeps the server running smoothly and helps everyone enjoy the game.
