Permits help keep building projects organized, approved, and fair for everyone on the server.
Permit basics
When it is time to build, you will need a building permit first. Permits make sure your plans are reviewed and your project follows server rules.
Common permit types
- Building Permit - Lets you build one or more structures on your property. It costs 10,000 and must be approved by staff. You must list the lot number, server, and buildings you plan to place.
- Demo Permit - Covers the cost of demolishing a building on your land. No money is returned for the building itself.
- Custom Plate Permit - Required for customizing plated equipment. This is a one-time fee and applies across servers.
