When it comes time to build, your going to need a building permit.

Permit types

Building Permit - This permit allows a player to erect and build 1 or more buildings on their property. A building permit cost 10,000 Dollars and must be approved by staff. To apply, simply fill out an online form, specifying the lot number, server and buildings that you placed on the permit application. Players must pay for all buildings placed and also any landscaping performed while their permit is active.

Once your all done building, the staff member will inspect the work done and complete the permit.

Demo Permit - This permit covers the cost of having a building demolished off your land. No money for the building is returned to the player. Mutliple items may be specified on the permit request.

Custom Plate Permit - A must have item for discriminating farmers looking to customize their equipment. Applys to all servers and plated equipment, 1 time fee.
