Nobody can design your farm the way you want it done except for you and we respect that unique aspect by fully embracing it just like any normal FM slotted game. When you own land, you will no doubt wish to erect building's on your property at some point. This can be accomplished by deciding in advance, what buildings you wish to purchase and then requesting a BUILDING PERMIT. The fee is 10,000 dollars which will then grant you the authority to build for 15 minutes During this time you may also landscape provided that you keep track of the expenses and report the cost as IN GAME PURCHASES.

At the end of the fifteen minute building period, your building priv's will be revoked and the attending DOT building inspector will check your work and close the permit out.

IMPORTANT - IF a player leaves the game after obtaining building permit rights without surrendering them back to the admin after 15 minutes, their logon access to GFSN will be immediately suspended until such time as they return to surrender their building privs !


*Please note that building permits are required for ALL players whenever you build something, so that it may be inspected by the DOT.. Donating players can go ahead and place their building without waiting after requesting a building permit as they already have the perms needed.

Multiple buildings may be requested on the same permit.
