When starting at GFSN you can choose to do traditional farming as your preferred activity. If so, then you do not need to buy your land – you can lease as well. If you choose to buy land you have 2 choices: Instant purchase or auction;

A) Buy Instant - It is more expensive. You are paying a higher price but you get your dream location right away - when you want

B) If you start an auction process it will be the base price to begin with. The field will be open for auction and other players can bid on the same field. The auction process has fixes steps – which simulate the auctioneer pressing the price up. If others are interested in the same field you face the risk that they are willing to out-bid you. Or, you can be lucky to make a good deal and get what you want. The choice is yours

C) Lease land is also possible. You might just want to farm a field for one game year (12 real days). The price is 10% of the base price which you pay - and you are ready to go - instant. This is a way for the farm manager who do not have enough capital to buy or who simply wants to farm different field sizes or locations. You can even farm on different servers to get your true gaming experience.
