PLAYER CONDUCT

Let's take a moment to address player behavior and conduct, and what is expected from members who play within our system. First off, thank you for being here.

Players are expected to treat each other with common courtesy and respect at all times. Refusal to follow posted rules (even if you did not take the time to read them) after you have been warned or fined, could get you banned eventually, if you refuse to, or simply will not follow the rules. Players should exercise good judgement and act in good faith in at all times in our trust based system when playing.

STARTING OUT

All players starting out are all given 500k in player cash. Returning players of FS22 start with ZERO dollars if they let their account lapse or went bankrupt previously. Access to purchasing land for your new farm will be granted by the system on the 8th day after joining, but players can instantly lease land during the first 7 days of gameplay.

This is meant to give players time to do some contracts, earn some money and learn how things work on the server before being given the opportunity to take on DEBT and purchase land or get equipment on credit.

Players looking for work can earn money from other players needing help and by doing contracts. The minimum wage you can be paid is 4k per hour with an hourly wage limit of 10K per hour. It is a violation of our community rules to pay less than the minimum wage, or more than is allowed, however bonuses are always allowed for a job well done !

You will also learn the finer details of how to interact with the web site and perform common task guring this initial period as well as to get a good look around at all of the different opportunitys before making any rash decisions which could impact your future game play.

HANDY TIPS FOR PLAYING

1 - When making a purchase of equipment or a building, ALWAYS check on the web first to make sure the item is available in the web store, if you find it, then go and check in game to make sure it is there and available for purchase. Never build or deliver an item first without checking to see if it can be purchased on the web. (not all items in game can be purchased)

2 - When renting equipment, ALWAYS check on the web first to see if the item is available for rent, then check on the rental lot to make sure the item is there BEFORE you actually rent it in the web store. (sometimes players forget to check the rental back in, or a player could have rented the equipment already and not picked it up yet, making it unavailable for rental. Always check both places first before renting an item) Not all server's rent out equipment, so check first to see if it even has a rental center !

3 - When shopping for equipment at Shady's ALWAYS check first on the web to make sure that the equipment is available for purchase, then check the lot to make sure it is available. If both conditions are met, you may purchase and remove the equipment. (If you dont find a title for something on Shadys lot, someone else may have purchased it but not picked it up yet or a player who sold the item to shady, failed to deliver it to shady, so always check first prior to buying)

4 - When selling products to a factory, you must deliver the goods first prior to selling the item to the factory on its web page. First come first serve in terms or prices paid upon delivery.

5 - When selling goods to the marketplace via E-Silo, it is important to remember that you can ONLY sell to NPC factories via the E-silo. Export centers only accept physical Deliverys and do not support E-Silo direct sales. Player owned factories also require PHYSICAL DELIVERY of the items that you are selling and do NOT SUPPORT E-silo direct sales.

6 - Water is free for all animal barns but MUST BE PAID FOR when used for factories. Players must buy from a sell point that sells water and pay on the factory page for it. Players are NOT ALLOWED to build tanks that create water on their farms, as this is a purchasable item that cost money to provide and manufacture.

7 - Any equipment left on the road or on land that you do not own will be IMPOUNDED by the local company contracted to do the work. The player is responsible for all charges and fees levied by the contractor. If the impounded equipment is not picked up within 10 days it will be automnatically auctioned off and if it is insufficient to cover the cost of it being impounded the contractor can take remaining impound fee still outstanding directly from your bank account. All servers provide free parking in designated areas. Please use them !

8 - Got a question ? - Chances are someone has already asked it and gotten an answer. Check the discord question column and try searching for it before you post your question in the forum. Please DO NOT DM ADMINS for each and every question that you may have. ALWAYS post your questions in the public forum in Discord FIRST so that others may answer you quickly and also so that others can learn from your post.

9 - As a general rule of thumb, if you don't know how something works, just ask. Dont to something questionble first and then ask for help. Our system is easy to use but there is a slight learning curve, so always ask first if your not sure how to do something and get help !

10 - Aminals must be picked up and sold using an animal trailer, excepting chickens. Players should endeavor to keep their animal pens from filling up with output product to prevent the constant messaging that the barn output is full and needs to be emptied. Animals MUST BE ADULT and in 100% health in order to be sold back to the animal dealer or exported to an E-silo. Sick or undeveloped animals are not accepted anywhere for sale and they cannot be butchered or used for production unless full grown and 100% healthy.

11 - Donator privs allow players to deliver equipment for themselves and other players and even make money doing it. It is important to remember that the right to deliver and build is a priv that can be revoked if you fail to follow the delivery rules properly or get caught not charging for mods or delivering equipment that was not ordered or paid for. Always use your better judgement for best results.

12 - Donator Builder privs allow players to instantly buy and build buildings and factories and landscape their farms. Please note that players must keep track of and pay for all landscaping done on their land. Also players MUST REQUEST A BUILDING PERMIT so that an inspection can be done once you are finished building on your lot. A separate permit for each building is not required and can all be included in a single permit request. Players who build without requesting a building permit can loose their perms to build for failing to comply with our rules as all buildings require inspection to insure that they conform with our rules. The building permit pays for the inspectors time.

 

 

RESOURCES

SERVER AMBASSADOR

 

Be sure to say hello to the local Ambassador on each new server that you visit. The Ambassador has all the dirt on what's going on at the local level, and can often show you around the map and help you to find the best property to purchase and farm. In addition, they can also point you towards farmers looking for workers, and help you to get settled.

 


 

GETTING AROUND ON THE MAPS


As a general rule of thumb, we do not allow players to drive across fields that they do not directly own. Fields on our map have many different owners and the lots can be in many different states at any given time. This being said, it is NEVER OK to cut across any field that you do not own. Not now, not ever. Please be considerate of other peoples land !

If you do not own land, use the free public parking lot to store your equipment or rentals while you are not using them or they could end up being impounded and auctioned off if your not careful when parking.

 

 

 

IMPOUND LOT


This is where improperly parked or abandoned vehicles will usually end up in most situations. The Impound lot stores this recovered equipment in a secure lot until the player arranges for pickup, and pays the handling/retrieval fee to the GFSI merchant who handles all repo work for GFSN. The clock is ticking and each day that passes will result in yet more fees that will need to be paid for prior to you getting your equipment back. Once payment has been received, your equipment will be released back to you. Equipment not retreived within 1 in game year (12 days RL) will be sold at auction and players will not be reimbursed.

Notifications of lost and found or impounded equipment are always posted in the discord impound channel.

 

 

THE RENTAL CENTER

The rental center is open 24 x 7 and has a limited inventory of popular (often) rented farm equipment for players to rent out at semi resonable prices. It is a self serve entity and prior to renting, players are required to physically go there and verify that the equipment they wish to rent is present and available for rent. If you find the equipment, you are then allowed to rent it online and take the equipment with you. Fuel and repairs are always INCLUDED in the rental price. The Rental Center specializes in BASIC FARM EQUIPMENT only and is first come first serve in nature. Not all servers have Rental centers so check first.

The equipment is due back at the end of the next day as is displayed in your rental contract. The rental center does not support custom orders and supply is strictly limited to on lot inventory ! Be sure to clean, refuel and repair the Rental equipment when you return it, and also be sure to go into your rentals and mark the unit as returned so that it becomes available to other players. Failure to mark it as returned means that you will continue to be charged for the item !

(IMORTANT NOTE : Failure to clean, fuel and or repair rented equipment upon return will result in you being charged a 10K penalty and could result in your future rental priviledges being suspended by the rental operator) Rental centers are system owned and operated. Players may NOT start their own rental centers as this is prohibited.


 

 

THE STORE

The store is a busy place and there are some basic rules which must be followed by everyone for the system to function smoothly. First and foremost, always check the web store and in game to make sure an item is available in both places prior to placing an order as not all items are offered for sale in game !


ORDERING EQUIPMENT ONLINE
When ordering new equipment online, pay close attention to the price of modifications that you make as this will need to be added when you go and deliver the equipment online.
We expect all players to pick up their equipment as soon as possible within 24 hours of it being delivered to the store. Failure to pick up equipment will result in a 10K per day fine for each item left in the store lot after 24 hours has passed.

Please remember that the store is a very busy place and new equipment cannot be delivered for other waiting players if there is no space left due to players not picking up their equipment in a timely mannor.

NOTICE : Equipment left for longer than 3 days on the store lot will be impounded and sold off at auction without any player re-imbursement being offered or made !

 

BUYERS REMORSE
You pulled the trigger and bought that 800 thousand dollar harvester last night and now you realize that your flat busted and have no way to even plant a crop. Yep, buyers remorse can be painful when you stop thinking critically. We have your back ! Why take a big loss selling to shady when you can simply cancel the order for a mere 5 % restocking fee (provided of course that the equipment has not been delivered yet).


 

LAND OWNERSHIP

Owning land in our system is a priviledge and players are expected to exercise care and good judgement in their treatment of the land. You no doubt will not be the last owner of the land that you occupy, so there are certain responsibility's which must be adhered to by all players.

 

LOT OWNERSHIP LIMIT'S
There is no limit on lot ownership, but there is a slot limit and each acre/hectar counts against your slot total.


CHANGES TO THE LAND
Hey it's your land and you can do pretty much whatever you want with it, but please use reasonable care to not destroy the nature and beauty of the land.
In our system land may change hands MANY times, so please try to keep your land they way you found it, in pristene condition !

Yes we want you to build and make it your own, BUT you must do it responsibly so as not to wreck the land or cause lag to others in the area by using excessive lighting or overbuilding and / or making excessive land modifications that destroy the look and feel of a map. Please build responsibly and be a good steward of the land !

 

NO BUILDING SHALL COME WITHIN 10 FEET OF ANY ROAD.
No, there are no exceptions to this rule. A player should never strip clear any of the trees or bushes in this public easement area. Violators will be fined and made to restore any landscaping deemed innapropriate by ops or other players. The golden rule is that the map looks nice and we all have to look it, so please do not destroy or alter its natural "essence" in a negative way.

 

TREES.
If you want to remove some trees on a lot you own to create a new field or to combine them, then feel free to have at it any time you desire, that is perfectly ok. Please do not cut any trees that are on established roadsides as they are considered part of the map scenery in most cases. Exceptions can be made for lot entrances etc..

IN GAME DECORATIVE TREES
Are for decorative purposes ONLY and may not be placed and then harvested for lumber production. Players caught doing this will be fined 25K per tree. Palcing trees and NOT PAYING for them is punishable by a fine not to exceed 10K per tree.

 

RIGHT OF WAY ACCESS
If you bought a parcel of land and it has a road (defined as dirt, pavement, mud, wagon trail, or anything else) that was pre exisitng on the map, that is used by another player to access their property it MUST BE MAINTAINED and not blocked or fenced off, if it is the only means of access for the other property owner.

 

ROADS, NATURAL RIVERS AND FEATURES
It goes without saying that players should avoid modifying the natural creeks, rivers and other main asthetic features of the map. Yes it would be nice to put a road directly across that river, and it would shorten your trip greatly, but it would also destroy the map for everyone else both now and in the future. Please dont do this.

Natural features are natural features and MUST be respected by players and NOT destroyed or altered. Heavy fines for those who do as well as having to restore the property to original condition. Please dont let this be you !

 

TRAIN TRACKS
Just like roads and that 10 foot easement, ralroad tracks also have minimum easement which must be followed. If you are furtunate enough to have access to train tracks on your land, please be advised that you do not own the tracks, or 6 feet on either side of the tracks.

LEASED LAND
All land leases end 12 days from the date you lease the land (1 in game year). The land may or may not be offered for lease again the following year as determined by the algo. Players are only allowed to lease a total of 2 fields in our entire system at any given time. If a player chooses to sub lease land from another player, that player must own the land that he is sub-leasing to another player for the lease to be valid. Players may not under ANY CONDITIONS lease land and then re-assign that lease to another player. This is expressly forbidden and is a violation of the 2 lease per player limit !

 

SELLING LAND
Land can either be sold back to global title or sold directly to another player if approved by staff. Land may NOT be sold to another player for less than the auction price. Players may choose to also include animals, factories and equipment as part of any sale to another player, provided that staff approves of the dealin advance. Land being sold to another player MUST be paid for in cash and cannot be finaced by the original owner. The purchasing player can borrow money from an established bank if cash is needed to conclude the deal !

 

AI HELPERS
Are allowed, but they must be rented online. Simpy find it on the menu and rent a helper. Then go back to that same menu and end the session when you are done. Be aware this is much more expensive then the ig helper. We would much rather players get a partner or ask their neihbor for help. We want to be a community helping others as much as possible.

 

SCOUTING LAND FOR PRECISION FARMING
Players are allowed to Directly purchase the soil maps for lots that they may own and MUST pay on the website for each lots testing fee's upon purchasing the soil maps.

 

 

BUILDING'S

When players build on their farm land we require that you excercise reasonable care when placing buildings on a map. Here are the rules and they MUST be followed by all players to help keep things running smoothly.

NEVER USE THE PLACE ANYWHERE OPTION
It is illegal to build on top of another structure, and players can instantly loose their perms to build, be fined 100K, and loose the improperly placed structure if found by a DOT officer on routine server patrol !

Placing buildings within other buildings or clipping another building is a serious issue in terms of server stabilty and we simply do not allow it !

 

DO NOT REMOVE TREES

Please refrain from cutting down any trees along the roads, These are part of the map and DO NOT cause lag. Besides, they are part of the public easement and natural astetics of the map, and NO you do NOT own that 10 foot space, so please respect it whenever possible. Also, never ever plow or extend your field right up to a roadway either. Remember the 10 foot rule ~

 

NO BUILDING OR CREATING A NEW FIELD WITHIN 10 FEET OF ANY ROAD.
No, there are no exceptions to this rule. Players will be fined 25K per occurrence and forced to restore the land if cited by the DOT or GFRC property building inspectors dept..

 

FENCES

You are NOT allowed to block off another players access right of way access, or plow public roads under on your property.

 

LANDSCAPING

Yes it cost money if you would like to landscape your land and you must pay for this as an in game purchase after carefully keeping track of the expenses. If a player chooses to modify his land, it must be done in such a manor as to not decrease the property value by leaving rough or jagged lanscapes that are not compatible with being used for any constructive purpose. All lanscaping must be performed tastefully and with decorum or you will be forced to correct it your own expense if ops or an admin tells you too.

Players are NOT ALLOWED to fill in ponds, lakes rivers, streams or plow them into farmable fields if it is a naturally occurring feature of the map. Please do not destroy the look and feel of a map to make something fit onto your property while building. Please use common sense !

 


NPC SELL POINTS

Players selling to NPC sell points are required to deliver their products directly to the NPC that they are selling to. Players may not substitute another more closer sell point that buys the same items for the one that they have chosen to sell to. This is NOT allowed.

Players are REQUIRED to deliver their goods first to the NPC and dump them before completing the sale on the web site and collecting the associated funds from the sale. Selling on the web (to cut the line and get a better price) prior to delivering the goods is expressly forbidden.

 

 

OTHER PLAYERS EQUIPMENT


As a general rule of thumb, you should never touch, borrow, or use any vehicle or equipment that does not belong to you in game. It does not matter if you only borrow it for a minute to reflip your turned over vehicle, you are never allowed to take or borrow another players vehicle. not now, not ever unless given express permission by that player directly !

 

If it is NOT yours, DONT touch it. This is a simple and fundamental construct of our trust based system. If you cannot agree to this policy then you are NOT allowed to play in our system and will be banned if caught using things that do not belong to you !

 

 

OTHER PLAYERS LAND

Driving across land that you do not own is a ticketable offense and if caught, you will be fined 10K by the DOT or GFSN, and forced to make resitution to restore the lot to it's orginal condition. Please do not drive across lots that you do not own or YOU WILL BE FINED if spotted or reported to admins. There is no wiggle room on this and no acceptable excuse for trampling someone else's land.

Please note that the fines for lot infringement DOUBLE each time you are ticketed by the DOT for this offense, and you could end up being banned permanently if you cannot pay attention and keep damagang land that you do not own.

We have ZERO tolerance on this issue, so please pay attention when working fields in our system

 

 

EQUIPMENT

 

 

HARD LIMITS ?

Sure, we know you would like to collect them all, but this is multiplayer and if you dont want lag, then you have to do your fair share to prevent it by picking your equipment out carefully. Do you really need 12 different tractors ? Probably not. Is having 6 coolamon motherbins too much ? What do you think . . Please use common sense and resist the urge to splurge on yet another one unless you are an equipment dealer, and remember each equipment uses up points so buy responsibly.


ANIMAL LIMIT'S

There are no animal barn limits. But each animal barn will use up points so keep that in mind.

Players MUST PICK UP THEIR BARN OUTPUTS DAILY and are not allowed to them to go unattended for days without picking up pallets daily from the barns, so as not to annoy other players on the server. Any player found to be not complying could loose their animal barns and privs after the 3rd complaint by other players sharing the map.

SELLING EQUIPMENT TO SHADY'S

Players are expected to self park any and all equipment NEATLY in the area provided. Players MUST DROP OFF EQUIPMENT FIRST before requesting payment.

Shady is a great guy as long as your payments are on time. Payment's are counted as LATE 1 day after the due date, and you can bet that fee's penalty's will be applied and graciously added to your account by Shady and Associates. Miss or be late on 1 payment, and your interest rate rises. Be late on 3 payments over the life of the loan, and Shady reposses, no questions asked. Miss the first payment and miss the second, Shady comes and takes it away instantly.

Shady does not offer any type of warrantys, either implied or expressed other than the standard "tail light" warranty. If in the event a player has the misfortune of having his equipment reposessed by shady, said player shall be responsible for all of Shady's recovery cost, as well as a 25,000 reposession penalty to be withdrawn directly from the players bank account.

BUYING EQUIPMENT FROM SHADY

After you have located a good deal on Shady's website, ALWAY'S go and check the lot to be sure that the equipment is actually available for you to purchase. Things can happen fast at Shady's, so you must exercise due dilligence by checking first, before blindly purchasing the item on faith alone. Always VERIFY AND CHECK THE LOT AND PAGE, then buy !

 

 

 

SHADY AUCTIONS
Players can get great deals whenever shady has his Bi-monthly online equipment auctions. In order to be a savy buyer, try to find out the price of an item in the web store prior to bidding on it so that you know when to stop bidding on an item. A good deal can turn sour fast when you have multiple bidders and get caught up in the excitement and end up going way over what the equipment is actually worth.

Bid what you are willing to pay and not a penny more to get the best deal. Also, it is important to know what mods the equipment has prior to bidding on it at auction. Shady only pays players for the base cost of an item at trade in time. He does not pay players for any mods on the eqquipment when he buys it from them. So, if it is an expensive piece of equipment with GPS and an engine upgrade, you can end up saving thousands and thousands of dollars if you are careful and find something fully loaded on his lot.

HAVING EQUIPMENT DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT SERVER
No can do. All sales are LOCAL and canNot be moved to any other server in our system. All auction sales are FINAL and cannot be reversed.

 

 

 

 

BUILDING PERMITS

ALL PLAYERS NEED TO PURCHASE BUILDING PERMITS PRIOR TO PUTTING DOWN ANY NEW STRUCTURES.

 

 

ATTENTION : When you apply for a building permit this can be for multiple buildings at one time. Please put in the description everything you are building and its location. Someone will come along within 24 hours and check on your buildings to make sure they are the correct buildings and that they are placed properly.

 

Remember each building uses points, the bigger the building the more points.

PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE PERMIT RULES HERE

You are ONLY allowed to build what is specified on the permit. !

ALL PLAYERS MUST REQUEST A BUILDING PERMIT - NO EXCEPTIONS

 

 

DID YOU KNOW ALL BUILDINGS now require a BUILDING PERMIT to be filed when building on your land ! Failure to apply for a building permit when building will cost you 20K instead of the 10K it would normally cost HAD YOU APPLIED, and will be deducted retroactively from your account without notice the first time, and after that your building priv's could be revoked for non-compliance with our rules !

 

 

ANIMALS

Animals are a core component of farming life and here at GFSN we believe in realism. Players are required to transport purchased animals themselves, both when buying and selling to the animal dealer(with the exception of Chickens). Players caught having animals delivered by the dealer will be fined 50K by the DOT for each instance.

Players should also endeavor to keep their animals in good health by tending to their needs and not allowing animal health to fall to ZERO. Player should also be good neighbors by being sure to pick up all pallets produced at animal barns daily, so other players on the server do not get annoyed by the constant "pallets full message" caused by a player neglecting his animal barns. Failure to police the pallets can result in daily fines which can become expensive and prohibitive. Please DO NOT BUILD if you don't have the time to devote to taking care of your animals !


Buying your first animal barn. You will find that we make it easy by offering only tested and approved animal barns for sale in our system. With our trade up system, you can start small and then when you grow, you can trade in your animal barn for a bigger unit and keep trading up to the very best barn with relative ease.

All animal barns are listed with stats in the webstore so that you can guage how much feed your going to need and exactly how long it will last. Simply click the "?" in the webstore to see all of the details for this pen.

Once you have placed your new barn it is off to the animal dealer with your animal trailer in tow to pick up your first animals. Keep track of how much your animals cost and be sure to pay by going to the PURCHASES tab on your menu and selecting ANIMALS and then entering in the amount and what type animal you purchased.

When selling animals from your barn, rememeber that you MUST HAUL THEM MANUALLY to the animal dealer and sell them. These animals MUST BE IN 100% Health or you are not allowed to sell them.

As a general rule of thumb, we do not use animal barns of any type that are built into a map. This is to keep it fair for all players by using the standard all platform GFSN approved and tested animal barns.

 

THE SLAUGHTER HOUSE

Animals are also a core component of the dinner plate and turning bessie into a pallet of steaks or arnold into a pallet of ribs and bacon can be quite profitable for those who know the ins and outs of the meat business. We have a few simple rules that you must follow when using a slaughter house even if you own it.

Players can export their animals to the E-silo where they can be sold to other players and slaughter houses, only if they are in 100 % health and are adult's that are fully grown.


1 - You must have produced the animal that you are selling or slaughtering. You cannot purchase an animal and have it slaughtered as that is against our rules.

2 - The animal MUST BE AN ADULT in 100% health to be eligible for slaughter. There are no exceptions to this rule.

 

 

CONTRACTS

Players can make money and find work in our system by accepting contracts and then doing the requested work in a timely manner. Contracts can be for the export or import center (logistica), or can be DOT safety patrol contracts, audit contracts, WSS driving contracts, or even player contracts.

If you accept a contract, you should always complete it or cancel it so that someone else can do it. Taking a contract and then NOT COMPLETING it could result in fines and penalties in addition to being assessed for damages if the farmer lost money due to your non-performance of the requested task.

Successfully completed contracts will result in the steady advancement and promotion of your player level and in game reputation !

 

 

PLAYER FACTORY DRIVING CONTRACTS

Players who enjoy driving can look for WSS AI generated player driving contracts delivering needed supplies to player owned factories located on all of our servers.. Players must furnish their own equipment or use rentals to accept these driving contracts.

 

 


 

FARMERS SUPPLY

When playing the game, a player will at some point need to purchase basic in game farming supply's such as Liquid Fert, Solid Fert, Seeds, Lime, and Herbicide, etc. These can be bought and purchased from the FARMERS SUPPLY SILO conveniently located in the back of all IMPORT/EXPORT centers. Players can purchase any amount in BULK at the silo and pay for it on the FARMERS SUPPLY Web page. Everytime you pull bulk supplies out of farmers supply please go pay on the website immediately, in my own experience you will forget if you try to do it later. So please stick to this policy.

This is a cash and carry outfit and all items are sold in 1K units. If you buy 10500 litres of seeds on the webpage you would enter 11k for the amount that you bought. So always round up or round down to the nearest whole number.

(IMORTANT NOTE : All purchases MUST be entered in 1K units, so if you are buying 10000, you would enter that as 10 instead of 10000 which is invalid. Farmers supply does NOT buy products back from the player once purchased)

 

 

 

ORGANIC FARM PROGRAM

This will give players an ADDITIONAL 30% for ALL CROP AND PRODUCTS that are organic once your farm has been inspected and certified as being " organic" (we reset ALL of your land in precision farming) . The certification apply's to ALL LANDS OWNED BY THAT PLAYER and said player is NOT ALLOWED to use any chemical fertilizer or herbicide on any of his properties. (crops from greenhouses do not qualify as they use herbicide by default)

The certification will cost 50K and last for 10 in game years (120 days RL) before needing to be re-certified again by an inspector. Players may also apply this to factories that produce dairy products from organic milk farms and grainery's that use flour produced by said player. ONLY AN ORGANIC FARM THAT IS THE ORIGINATOR OF THE ITEM GETS THE SALES BONUS AND ONLY ON SELECTED ITEMS that unlock for him in the marketplace.

It is also important to mention that organic goods cannot be transferred to another player and retain their "organic status". Only the original producer can reap the credits at sale time for any organic product or crop.

This is IMPORTANT to remember if you plan on paying a premium to purchase an organic farmers output. Players who opt for "organic" must actually use slurry, manure or digestate to fertilize their fields with each season as not using any fertilizer on your fields is a direct violation of the organic program which could result in your farm loosing the right to participate in this program !

Players should also sell off any non-organically produced crop in storage prior to applying for the ORGANIC status so that they start with a clean slate. And that's all you need to know. Players who meet the above conditions may apply for an organic inspection to become certified for 10 in game years (120 days). There is a 50K application fee for the organic farm permit

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT IN ORDER TO GO ORGANIC YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS PRIOR TO REQUESTING A PERMIT Getting certified as organic will require a player to prepare for the transition well in advance of applying for the actual permit. Here are the steps needed. 1 - A player cannot be in possession of any farm crops or goods in his silos or factories that would automatically receive an ORGANIC designation and thus would instantly become organic crops or products at the time of his permit request. All items must be sold and factories and silos MUST NOT CONTAIN ANY ITEMS that would be relabeled as being organic once a players organic Farm permit is approved. All owned crops and products must be sold off prior to any organic permit being issued. 2 - At the time of the permit an inspection will be done on all silo's and factory's to confirm that there are no organic capable products in your farms possession. If any of these goods are discovered, you will have to get rid of them first, and then re-apply for another organic permit once you have corrected the issue and removed the items. 3 - A players E-silo is also subject to inspection as there cannot be any items present that would receive an organic status upon permit approval. It items are found the permit will be cancelled. 4 - All items must be sold off and cannot be transferred to another player for safekeeping and a later return to the original player. This is not allowed as the items are not considered to be organic as they were not produced by an organic farm and are thus not entitled to any organic premium payout.

Please remember that being organic covers ALL OF YOUR LOCATIONS AND FACTORIES ON ALL SERVERS AT THE SAME TIME. There are no exceptions to the rules above for going organic. A player cannot be in possession of ANY POTENTIALLY ORGANIC CROPS OR PRODUCTS when applying for a permit or they will be denied !

 

 

 

EQUIPMENT DEALER PROGRAM

Ok all of you aspiring equipment dealers. Players can pay 2.5 million for an equipment dealership permit and build a dealership facility. The dealer lot must be placed on a commercial lot not used for farming in any way, separate and independent from any enterprise or farm. Your DEALERSHIP (purchased separately) building will need to pass muster and inspection before being deemed worthy to qualify for the occupancy permit.

If you plan on buying and selling used equipment you must purchase a special OK brand used equipment permit for that, and the used equipment must be kept on its own lot and cannot be mixed in with new equipment on the same lot.

Brand Licensing fees

Big brand (750k): JD, Case, Fendt, NH, Massey, Kuhn, Lizard (none branded equipment)
Med brand (500k): Valtra, JCB, Claas, Vaderstate, Strauman, Samson, Ropa, Grimme, Pottinger, TLX equipment, Krone, Fliegl, Bergman, Brantner
Small brand (250k): Siloking, Rostelmash, Deutz, McCormick, Mack, Man, Manitou, Lemken, Lode King and Demco (bundle), Kverneland, Kinze, Hardi, Hawe, Farmtech, Dalbo, Amazone, Anderson

A Brand License to sell used equipment is 350K per year(calendar).

Dealer brand licenses must be renewed annually (RL).

Dealers will be able to purchase authorized brands at a 25% discount for both equipment and mods for most brands. Discounts can vary based upon the brand involved !

Dealers will also be able to offer financing on all equipment that they sell to help earn extra revenue ONLY IF THEY ALSO HAVE A CURRENT BANKERS LICENSE and funds in their Bank available to loan out to players.

Dealer accounts will start with ZERO dollars in them, so plan on writing a big check to get your new dealer account funded. Dealerships will have access to their own credit lines for lot financing use if deemed credit worthy by the lenders and banks, once they have established themselves, obtained credit, and generated a decent credit score to qualify for the Business loans.. Liens on your personal player account may be required to initially obtain lot financing.

 

 

BANKING RULES

If a player's checking account is overdrawn for any reason and stays that way overnight, Banking overdraft fees will be assessed to the players account. This generally happens when a player makes a mistake, or is bad at math This is looked upon poorly by the banking management and will result in an overdraft in a players checking account.

 

1st time - Under 5k, No charge.. Accidents can happen... You should maybe be more careful perhaps..2nd time - 5,000 fine for each and every OVERDRAFT presented to the bank for payment and for each day that the account remains overdrawn. After the 2nd day the players credit score will decline each night as well. 3,4,5,6,7.. etc - 5,000 fine cheerfully applied by our Banksters..(thank you for your patronage !)

(special notice: Actual fine may be much higher if overdraft amount is over 5K, the overdraft fee is 5% of the total amt compounded daily)

 

IMPORTANT: ALL LOANS ARE TO BE TRANSACTED THRU OFFICIAL LICENSED BANKERS ONLY ! Private loans are not allowed between individual players under any circumstances.

 

GETTING A NEW LOAN

All players can get an 1 instant loan up to 500K with no waiting or application process. Simply select a bank of your choosing and get your cash. It is just that simple. All loans come with an automatic pay option (mandatory) and the interest rate charged is determined by a players credit score in game.

 

NEED MORE THAN A 500K LOAN ?

Our bankers are delighted to offer a broad spectrum of personal loans along with Mortages and Commercial Business loans. Players will need to have good credit and a plan in hand when they apply for the loan. Most big loans require that players purchase actual land with the proceeds and give up the land title to the bank as collateral, and banks may also require additional personal collateral and property to be posted as required by the bank loan officer.

 

A player MUST provide exact details of what he intends to use the loan for when making a new loan application to a bank, or the application will be refused instantly.

Bankers set interest rates based upon their judgement and analisys of player risk factors for all loans above 500K

 

Note 1 -in order to apply for a banking permit, pleyer MUST have a credit score of at least 600 points to be eligible to apply.

Note 2 - please not that all Interest rates charged are set by the banking commision and are based upon a borrowers credit score as follows.

 

CREDIT SCORE RANGES AND ALLOWABLE INTEREST RATES THAT MUST BE CHARGED TO DEBTORS AS PER BANKING COMMISSION REGULATIONS

 

1 - 399 Minimum Interest rate = 8 - 10 %

400 - 499 Minimum Interest rate = 7 - 9 %

500 - 599 Minimum Interest rate = 6 -7 %

600 - 699 Minimum Interest rate = 4 -5 %

700 - 799 Minimum Interest rate = 2 -3 %

800 + Minimum Interest rate =1 %

 

 

SAVINGS ACCOUNTS : Players looking to park their money overnight can place up to 9 million dollars into their savings account. Interest on savings accounts is paid out daily at an annualized interest rate of 3 % and added to your savings balance. Money can be withdrawn at any time without penalty. Interest is ONLY PAID OUT if your main checking has a positive balance in it.

 

It is worth noting that if a player has an existing loan from a bank, the annualized interest rate paid out on savings drops to 1.5% until the players loan has been paid back in full.

 

CERTIFICATES OF DEPOSIT : Players in search of higher interest returns are encouraged to purchase BANK CD'S when they are available from individual banks when offered. Banks frequently offer attractive CD's that can pay a much better interest rate, based on how long you are willing to invest your money for, until the CD reaches maturity and pays off


OTHER BUSINESSES : There are no insurance companies, no stock holdings, no market managers or any other nonsense of the sort. If it's not available thru official GFSN channels it is to be considered a scam and is not acceptable in our community.

Please note that any account that stays negative for longer that 10 days will be suspended, liquidated, and removed no questions asked. The player will lose all assetts in bankruptcy. If you return to the game and restart, it will be with zero dollars in your account and there will be no initial 750k land grant.. Our system is designed to run on trust and overdrawing your checking account is probably not a great idea in the long run, as our bankers are only too happy to charge an excessive fee to the unwary check kiter, which can really add up fast over time..

(IMORTANT NOTE : Overdrawn account accrue interest at a rate of 10 % every 3 days, automatically added to your existing balance, in addition savings accounts will not receive interest payments while your main checking balance is Zero dollars or lower)

 

FACTORY'S

There are 2 main types of factorys in our system. Those that are pre-existing and part of the map, and those that are built by players. Let's talk about the ones that are built into the map first so you understand how they work and how to buy one.

 

PRE-EXISTING FACTORY'S

These are pre-built factories that are part of the map. A player is allowed to own up to 3 built in map factorys per server. Map factorys are often unique and can produce items that are needed by other factories on the map. Players who purchase a map owned factory must keep open and sell some of their production to the public and are not allowed to be closed. Any map based factory that goes unattended by its owner for 30 or more days will have its title reverted back to the We Say So corp and the player will loose all rights to the factory and anything in it, so that the factory can continue to operate and serve other players on the map looking to purchase items from the public map factorys. This is an important consideration if you plan to purchase a built in map factory.

 

 

BUYING NEW FACTORY'S

WSS offer's 2 distinct classes of factory's.

 

BASIC FACTORY

A player can own up to 10 factorys of any type on a server. These include all of the basic factories that Giants has included with the software. They are cheap to build although they are not exceptionally fast producers. To purchase one, goto the webstore and pay for the one you want. Then, go request a building permit for the new factory and be sure to specify the server you would like it built on.

 

Please note that all player owned factories MUST BE BUILT IN THE INDUSTRIAL ZONE on the requested map. Players are NOT ALLOWED to place them onto private land unless it is zoned COMMERCIAL LAND that YOU own already.. Usually someone on staff will place the factory and notify you once they are done within a day or two.. Be sure to name your factory (Both the actual building and the web factory page) and put the server initials at the end of your factory name so other players know where to find you.

 

ADVANCED FACTORY'S

These are the more sophisticated factories with enhanced production capabilities and greatly enhanced output. Yes they cost a lot more money, but they are said to be worth every penny. Choices vary from server to server so ceck to see what is available on your server !

 

INDUSTRIAL PARKS

The industrial park offers easy access to all player owned factorys on the server, as well as it's own mini Import/Export center, and a handy underground pallet sorting facility that players can use to drop their mixed pallet loads into in order to sort them out into loads of individual products. Please note that these are NOT for long term storage and you must take any items out once you are through sorting the products. Anything left overnight in the pallet sorting unit, will be deleted without compensation.

 

Players are NOT ALLOWED TO BUILD ANYTHING other than a FACTORY inside an industrial park.

It is also important to note that you should not import anything to the mini import center unless the product is for you, and you are prepared to pick it up at the same time.
Please do not do an import order and just leave it in the import silo. Anything left unpicked up will be deleted without notice and without compensation !

 

 

Players who wish to build other buildings near their factorys are ONLY allowed to do so on private commercial lots that they own.

 

ELECTRICITY

Electrical power is used for manufacturing at all player owned factories. All power plants and windmills in our system are exclusively owned by the We Say So Corporation and their power is sold directly into the E-silo market on the server.

Players must purchase their electricity on the open market via the E-silo or they can purchase power directly from We Say So at their truck depot lot in the rear. You pay on the WSS electricity factory page just like you would do at farmers supply for the juice and load it into the special tanker on the Uni-Mog that is designed to haul electricty, and then haul it to your factory or electrical silo for storage.

Electricity must be manually purchased and transported to your factory and cannot be supplied by the ELECTRICAL GRID directly to factories. This is prohibited !!!

PLAYER GENERATED ELECTRICITY
Players are allowed to purchase solar panels and BGA's that produce power daily which is automatically credited to their E-silo account overnight. Players can purchase power directly from these energy producing players in the E-Silo Farmers Marketplace.

Please note that players are not allowed to own power plants but can own BGA's that produce electricity which can then be used or sold on the open market.

 

 

PLAYER CONDUCT

Let's take a moment to address player behavior and conduct, and what is expected from members who play within our system. First off, thank you for being here.

Players are expected to treat each other with common courtesy and respect at all times. Refusal to follow posted rules (even if you did not take the time to read them) after you have been warned or fined, could get you banned eventually, if you refuse to, or simply will not follow the rules. Players should exercise good judgement and act in good faith in at all times in our trust based system when playing.

Taking Coop contracts, logistica, driving or any other player contracts and marking them as completed when you have not done the work will get you INSTANTLY BANNED with no prospect for returning to our system once you have been caught cheating. We simply will not tolerate this kind of childish behaviour, so don't let this be you !

Accounts are STRICTLY limited to 1 per person and that person must the the ONLY USER of that account when they are playing and an ACTIVE PLAYER. Account sharing is NOT ALLOWED. A players MUST play the game and cannot simply create an account to simply farm and save up daily login rewards. this is grounds for termination without notice by staff or our automated inactivity Algo.

Players found to be building unauthorized buildings NOT SOLD in the web store will be fined 100K the first time and banned the second time. Dont let this be you. ALWAYS check the web first, and then IN GAME to make sure it appears in both places before buying and placing it. We go through great lengths to vet and test all buildings being sold to make sure that they are fair and balanced, so if you dont see it in both places, it is NOT FOR SALE AT ANY PRICE as it is non-approved by us. DONT DO THIS always check the web store first !

 

Do not ask admins to install a custom mod just for you. we have hundreds of mods already and while we would love to install them all, it's just not possible to do. All mods MUST BE TESTED BY WSS prior to being added to a server. Selection is done via voting by players, not by a single player demanding that we load a single mod just for them. Not gonna happen so please dont ask and DM staff or admins !

 

GFSN, is NOT a COMPETITION to see who can earn or make the most money. We are a COMMUNITY first and foremost, and we expect players to work with each other and help each other out whenever needed as one would expect in a community environment such as ours.

 

SLEEP TRIGGERS
Please DO NOT attempt to sleep by using a house or outhouse or any other means to make the game skip time to the next day. This is a multiplayer game and we NEVER SLEEP.

 

 

PLAYER DONATIONS

We are NOT a pay to play or pay to win community. Any donations that our players make go directly towards paying for all of those expensive high end servers that make up our Global community where players get together to play and have fun in the most realistic farming community on the planet.

Lets face it, not everyone can afford to donate, and we are totally ok with that. By donating, you are directly subsidizing and helping those who cannot afford to pay, and allowing them to have a fair and equal chance of success in the game, just like you.

Players cannot buy their way to success in our community. Everything has to be earned. There are no shortcuts, it is all upon YOU to learn and earn your way to success in our system.

This involves work, lots of work if you want to have a farm and nice equipment. Just like in the real world, there is no tooth fairy here that will show up and stick a new tractor under your pillow while you sleep. It cannot be bought no matter how much real cash you have, it HAS TO BE EARNED the old fashioned way via hard work !

When a player donates, they are awarded more slots for more equipment and more land. As well as discounts on farm supplies and equipment. The more donated, the more of a discount. No obligation whatso ever, but every penny is very much appreciated. We aim to make this worth your while.

In addition, you are also eligible for special reward contracts that randomly pop up that allow you earn more by taking a gamble or risk that may or may not pay off depending on your luck. Members can also donate directly to our server host via the player settings page. All donation's help to keep the lights on here for ALL PLAYERS, so if your looking for a worthwhile cause and you want to dig deep, know that it is for a good cause and it is a non-commercial community that you are supporting and enabling.

PLAYER ACCOUNT NOTES

Player accounts are automatically DEACTIVATED after 5 days of inactivity(No Logins) unless you notify admins in advance (Donating players are exempt as long as their subscription remains active). All player items will be auctioned off or removed without re-imbursement to the player. If a new player gets an account and fails to become active on the site within 5 days, his account will be auto deleted by the system.Players who return to rejoin after being deleted or banned, must go through the onboarding process to create a new account again and are not eligible for the one time 500k starter farm grant.

Land, equipment, cash or resources cannot be transferred to another player if you are leaving the Community. All items MUST BE sold back to GLOBAL TITLE.
